Course Description
HR analytics, also known as people analytics or workforce analytics, involves the application of data analysis and statistical techniques to human resources data to improve decision-making and strategic planning within organizations. This course introduces students to the principles, methodologies, and applications of HR analytics in managing and optimizing the workforce. HR Analytics focuses on leveraging data analytics to optimize human resource management practices and enhance workforce performance. Participants will learn how to analyze HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, and recruitment metrics, to identify patterns, predict employee turnover, and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
